Participants may compete individually or in teams of up to four people.

Projects should be created during the hackathon. You may use existing libraries, frameworks, APIs, and tools, but any work completed before the event should be clearly disclosed in your submission.

All projects must be submitted before the official deadline. Late submissions cannot be guaranteed consideration.

Be respectful to everyone participating in the event. SourceHacks is committed to creating a welcoming environment where people can learn, collaborate, and build together. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, or other dishonest behavior will not be tolerated.

Teams retain ownership of everything they create during the event. By submitting a project, you give SourceHacks permission to feature your project in event recaps, social media posts, and future promotional materials.

The organizing team reserves the right to interpret these rules and make final decisions regarding eligibility and judging.
